The Alienware workstations target the full range of professional users from digital content creation (DCC) to digital audio and digital video and provides for them ATI's specialized support and full certification of leading professional applications, such as 3ds max, Catia, Maya, Softimage|XSI, and CAD and AEC applications. The FireGL V3100 features 128MB of memory, four pixel pipelines and two vertex processors, with dual display support via VGA and DVI outputs. The FireGL V5100 features 256MB of memory, 12 pixel pipelines and 6 vertex processors with dual DVI output and stereo 3D capabilities.
